Grind isn't that bad. I'm completely free, started playing in September and have a max level Force with a Profound Rod that dropped from Persona. There are tons of ways to make mesetas. Extreme Quest is one of them if you don't want to burn your excubes. It's recommended to clear at least until stage 65 for every basic Extreme quest so you can replay any stages you want. Some stages offer more mesetas than the other. Another nifty thing about them is it seems that the drop rate of exchange weapons for Advanced Quest shops is decent, which is of course helpful as those weapons are still quite powerful.
