If you need to add water to the feed end of your ball mill to control the density, by all means do so, but make sure you decrease water addition by an equal or greater amount elsewhere in the circuit ( SAG feed or cyclone feed) or the overload will continue to escalate once the immediate benefits are overtaken by increased circulating load.
